Another five-star!!! This business made a great recommendation, once again. Installed a smaller split unit (which, is heat and air conditioner) for a little studio that I rent, it turned out to be a win! Cools immediately. My tenant is super grateful to have this amenity for his family and it’s easy for him to maneuver. Same for the heating portion. We did need to do a little upgrade to the electrical panel and that turned out to be a positive experience, as well. I couldn’t get our cousin to do the upgrade, as he was tied up with a downtown new construction. Immediately, Frank recommended an electrician. He was on time and explained our situation, step by step. Offered 2 suggestions, a frugal way and a more moderate expense to do things accurately. Of course, we chose the moderate way. It was all done in one full day. Started early and was done by the evening. What a fantastic duo. Thank you, you’re both highly appreciated it.

AC went out this morning and it’s hotter than hell. Called 4 different places, no one answered or returned my call. I guess because it’s a holiday. Finally called Hybrid Air. Frank actually answered the phone. Said he had other jobs but could make it between 4 and 7 hours from now. He called back in an hour and said he could come NOW since my house was equidistant between 2 other job sites. He was done in less than half an hour. AC is nice and cold. None of the other 4 places have even returned my call yet. Very fast. Highly recommend.

I had a replacement HVAC. system installation. I am very happy with the system. I recommend Hybrid air. Frank and his crew of workers were very professional, pleasant and honest. He explained the entire process and what would be going on. No surprises or extra fees. The crew was neat. They cleaned up the mess daily and replaced the system in 3-4 days. Frank responded to my questions and calls promptly. I am very happy with the service and HVAC system.

I Called Hybrid Air to help my grandparents stay cool during this heatwave. The house is up on the hill with 100 stairs just to reach the doorsteps. Frank and his team never complained or charge extra for the service. Other companies always cancel or reschedule the appointment just to avoid those stairs. They replaced the whole entire HVAC system for a good quality brand for an affordable price. He even gave us a senior discount which helped us a lot with this pandemic. We had a great experience with Frank and his team. They came out to inspect our duplex, discussed our options for heating and cooling the property most efficiently, and then quoted us all for free. After shopping around, we decided to go with Hybrid for their thorough and transparent assessment. The installation was efficient, clean, and well done. This all happened during COVID, and facial coverings and safety precautions were taken by all the crew. The start to finish time was 1 week. We turned on the system and it’s great to have central heat and air! Finally! Overall, we are happy with the service, the price and the system. They will be back in 6months to follow up and make sure unit is working as it should.

We just got an entire HVAC system installed at our house for the first time. I had a few quotes from different companies, and Frank at Hybrid Air was the best choice we made. Since this was all foreign to us, we wanted to make sure we did our homework. Frank was very informative with the entire process and communication was never a problem. His prices were very reasonable for the work he and his team did. He was very honest and straightforward with any questions and/or concerns I had. If I ever had questions, Frank never hesitated to answer them, or call back in a timely manner. We never felt the “used car” salesman pitch, like we did with another company that will remain nameless. Even during these weird COVID times, Frank and team were very cautious by wearing face masks. We had a 2 story home without functioning heating and cooling. It seemed like a daunting task. We had previously met with 4 other HVAC companies but decided to go with Hybrid heating and Air Conditioning. We’re so glad we did. Their team worked around our schedules and provided the best service. Major shout out to Robert for always being available to answer any questions we had. We could not be any happier with outcome. Frank came out to inspect our AC and unfortunately both the condenser and ac units had leaks in the coils and needed to be replaced. He set up to have his crew at our house by 7am the following day. As promised they came out did the work and our new system was up and running that same day. We have two dogs and they were wonderful about working with us to make sure the dogs had needed time outside. I was comfortable with the quote, service and professionalism. Thank you from a happy customer that will recommend you to family and friends.

Frank is awesome, he responds right away. I called for an appt. for a maintenance service on my older AC unit, he scheduled me for the next day, there was an issue that happened at the time of service but Frank took care of the issue as soon as he could. I’m a happy customer and will be using him again! Thank you!
